Via con te pays tribute to the immense Paolo Conte in a project as bold as it is poetic. Surrounded by a jazz quartet (piano, double bass, trumpet, drums), Marie Foessel revisits the master’s work with freedom, finesse, and personality. Here, there is no exact copy or simple cover: each piece is reinvented. Through the quartet’s finely crafted arrangements, Conte’s repertoire is tinged with jazz, funk, groove, swing, and intimate ballads. This new sonic setting reveals another facet of his songs, between melancholy and intoxication, humor and elegance.

But what truly moves the listener is the woman’s voice carrying this repertoire. Through this sensitive prism, Paolo Conte’s lyrics take on a new, profound, sometimes unsettling dimension. The sensuality, fragility, or subtle irony of the songs resonates differently, offering an interpretation both faithful and offbeat of a versatile songwriter. This show is a living, vibrant tribute, celebrating Paolo Conte’s constant inventiveness, understated lyricism, and freedom of tone—while blending in the singular musical universe of a contemporary performer.

Concert organisGreen Musiced in partnership with Green Music: Green Music is a charity based in the Alpes-Maritimes department and a member of COFEE (the collective of eco-responsible festivals in the south of France); its aim is to offer a new way of staging live performances by organising open-air concerts with minimal sound amplification and a very low environmental impact, as they are powered by batteries charged via solar panels. The aim is, on the one hand, to offer the public a truly emotional experience with the chance to enjoy music in unusual natural settings; on the other hand, to raise public awareness of environmental issues and develop a more eco-friendly approach to cultural events. ‘Let’s listen to live music whilst looking after the planet’ is our motto!!
