Robert Plant, a living music legend will perform at the Gould pine grove with his band Saving Grace.
The five musicians work in glorious harmony from start to finish reworking a selection of diverse cover versions that have been collected from around the globe.
With Westerners at his side who always hit the mark, the dashing Robert Plant has continued to surpass himself and astound audiences with Saving Grace since 2019. The formation includes the veterans Tony Kelsey and Matt Worley, as well as percussionist Oli Jefferson and the sensational singer Suzi Dian.
This extraordinary band presents to the audience a fascinating combination of traditional and contemporary sounds, songs which reflect Plant’s varied influences and tastes. There are elements of British and American folk music, spiritual and Americana blues, creating a complex alchemy of sound in which acoustic guitars, the banjo and the mandolin blend harmoniously with the percussion instruments.
