DYKDYPP is a modern crossover/jazz Quintet based in Norway, originating from the famous Norwegian jazz conservatory of NTNU, Trondheim. The Quintet plays an original repertoire much influenced by jazz and improvisational music, as well as the Norwegian Rock and Folk tradition. The varying musical inspirations, as well as the unusual instrument combination, gives the band a unique, playful yet catchy sound.
